HNWI Citizenship Service Case Study

We were engaged by a Middle Eastern firm that helps HNW and UHW clients obtain citizenship in specific countries. Very niche and high-end service, and target audience were Middle East (countries such as UAE, Iraq, Jordan, etc.) – so we had to be very specific with who we reached out to and it required a very professional approach to outreach.

We performed a campaign that lasted 3 months in total  – which was interrupted at a couple of points by a period of the site being moved from ASPX to WordPress and some minor on-page and technical SEO work being done – this delayed the effect of our links.

However, once everything was moved over, we quickly saw the results of that link equity take effect, as you can see from the traffic and ranking skyrocketing here.

Managed to secure 30+ links, with the vast majority being relevant to the Middle East region, especially the UAE, and we even secured a feature/brand mention on (one of the MENA region’s most prestigious business and financial news sites)

From almost no search presence (and did not rank for anything better than 2nd page), to over 734 visitors (and growing)

The ranked keywords included various English and Arabic search terms relevant to the region. Traffic breakdown by country shows it is very much in line with the firms marketing aims. While the keywords were fairly low volume, they had high search intent and therefore, more likely to convert.

(For context, one client to this firm brings in a minimum of $100,000+ – and if an entire family is using the service, the costs go up.)

Their top industry term in the UAE has 1,600 search volume. While not a huge amount of traffic,  we knew this was the key to unlocking very high intent traffic – and dominating this term could mean multiple 7 to 8 figure amounts of revenue on a consistent basis.

Progress for this term up until the time of writing (July 2020), this trend should continue.
